"Working as a Healthcare Assistant at Manor Homecare has become more than just a job for meβit is something I genuinely love. I treat every service user with the same respect, kindness, and compassion that I give to my own family, seeing them as relatives. I am proud when my work is appreciated by my team, my company, and especially by the people we care for. Being recognized as Carer of the Month is truly an honour, and I am sincerely grateful to Manor Homecare, my team, and our dear service users for this recognition and for trusting and appreciating the care I provide. For me, caring is not simply a responsibilityβit is a way of showing love, dignity, and respect to others. Thank you, Manor Homecare, for this wonderful tribute!
"I have been working with Manor Homecare for 2 years. I am very highly impressed with this company. The care and support I have received from my manager, supervisor and all the care team have given me so much joy that makes my job easier. I love my job as an HCA as it is a very rewarding job and will continue to give all my support to the clients in the future. I also look forward to a long career with Manor Homecare!
